Why Mentor?
Female mentors play a pivotal role in shaping the decisions and self-image of young girls. By sharing your experiences, insights, and time, you can make a
lasting impact on a girl's life.
1. Eligibility
Must be 21 years or older.
2. Application
Complete a written application to share your background, interests, and motivation.
3. Training
Attend a comprehensive 2-hour training session to equip you with the tools for effective mentorship.
4. Interview
Engage in an interview to understand your goals and commitment to the program.
5. References
Provide personal references to support your application.
6. Background Checks
Undergo a thorough criminal history check and fingerprinting for the safety of our participants.
7. Driving Record Check
To ensure a safe and enriching experience, our mentor screening process includes the following steps:
