Volunteer.
Empower. Transform.

Join Girl Power Rocks as a volunteer to
uplift, mentor, and support girls in our community.

Why Volunteer with Girl Power Rocks.

By volunteering, you help us ignite purpose, build confidence, and open doors for “at-promise” girls to lead and thrive. You become a guide, a champion, and a bridge — empowering these young women to envision a future beyond the limitations they face today. Your presence helps transform silent hope into bold possibility, enabling girls to reclaim their voice, overcome trauma, and step into leadership with resilience and pride.

What You’ll Make Possible

  • You’ll mentor, encourage, and uplift, helping girls discover their strengths and stretch into new possibilities.

  • You’ll build community, creating safe, supportive spaces where every girl can feel seen, heard, and empowered.

  • You’ll foster leadership, equipping girls with skills, voice, and courage to lead their lives and communities.

  • You’ll be part of transformation, contributing directly to programs that address trauma, academic gaps, social isolation, and more.

Real Impact in Action

  • In 2025, GPR’s programs reached hundreds of girls across Miami through trauma-informed, evidence-based support.

  • 90% of girls who complete our core programs report improved pro-social attitudes, safer conflict responses, and stronger academic engagement.

  • 85% of girls in trauma-focused therapy increase positive behaviors and see better conduct grades.

  • 80% of girls completing our programs show improved school attendance.
